By submitting content to the platform, you grant theWellnessXplora permission to display and distribute that content within the platform.

• Reject content or listings at our discretion

Users may leave reviews and ratings based on their experiences.

We may remove reviews that are:

• Fake
• Abusive
• Misleading
• Harmful

At this stage, theWellnessXplora does not process payments directly through the platform unless stated otherwise.

Any transactions between users and vendors occur independently.

We are not responsible for:

• Delivery issues
• Refund disputes
• Product quality
• Vendor conduct

We aim to keep the platform available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

• Modify features
• Suspend accounts
• Update the platform
• Perform maintenance at any time

All platform branding, design, content, and software belong to theWellnessXplora unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Redistribute platform content without permission

We are not liable for:

• User interactions
• Vendor disputes
• External services
• Damages arising from use of the platform
